Peach Crisp

Peach jam, a buttery oat crisp, and notes of vanilla from Hotel Tango’s bourbon.

This flavor starts with a bushel of yellow peaches that we transform into a sweet, tart jam. We then bake off an oat crisp topping that lends crunch, salt, and a buttery finish to each bite. Lastly, we fold in a splash of Hotel Tango’s bourbon to infuse notes of vanilla and oak into the ice cream. It’s peach crisp à la mode in a pint!
