We take chocolate chip cookies, turn them into ice cream, and then double down by layering salted cookie crumbles throughout!
This flavor starts in the bake room, where a dozen supersized chocolate chip cookies are baked for every gallon of ice cream. The cookies are steeped in milk (who doesn’t like to drink cookie milk?) to create an ice cream with toasty notes of butter, dark chocolate, Madagascar vanilla and sea salt. Last, but not least, each pint is layered with cookie dust to make sure every bite screams chocolate chip cookie!
